Terms and Conditions
This is an agreement between you and MBA Stuff (“us” or “we”) by which you are transferring to us all of your rights to the article, photographs, graphics or whatever other content you are submitting to us. Please read this agreement carefully as you will be bound by its terms.
1. Rights to the Content
a. You have written an article or created a photograph, graphics, drawings, a video, a design, an animation, or some other content that you have submitted to us for publication (the “Content”). Once you submit and we agree to publish the Content, the Content will be ours, and you will no longer have any ownership rights to the Content. That means—and please forgive the legalese—that you hereby assign, transfer, grant and convey to us and our successors and assigns, free and clear of all encumbrances or limitations of every kind, all of your worldwide right, title and interest in, to and under the Content.
b. By submitting Content to us, you agree that the Content may be viewed by others and that you will have no right to delete or requires to delete, edit, or otherwise modify the Content.
c. We don’t want previously published Content, or Content that is not your work, and submitting such to us could have legal ramifications. You shall not submit to us any Content that is not your own. You represent that the Content you submit has not been previously published, is your original work (and you have not plagiarized it), and does not contain any defamatory, libelous, or unlawful matter, that it complies with our rules, and that it does not violate or infringe any copyright rights or other rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any damages or other losses, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, we suffer resulting from any claims, lawsuits, administrative hearings, or other actions related to or resulting from any breach of this paragraph.
d. We may benefit commercially from the Content by using it to attract advertisers to our publications. You understand that we have no obligation to provide you with any data or other information that we may obtain concerning the Content, publications, or advertisers, except as described in this agreement. If we suspect that you are submitting the Content while working for a marketing agency, or that the ‘author’ is not a real human, then you automatically waive all rights to the content, including author credit.
2. Digital Interface
a. You’ll submit Content to us through a digital interface. You use the digital interface at your own risk and it is available to you on an “as is” basis. We do not represent or warrant that the digital interface will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the digital interface.
